These terms apply to all orders placed with First Buy Foods ([EDIT: registered business name / trading address]). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
Orders can be placed through this website or via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it. Orders sent to us on WhatsApp are held until we confirm them with you. Everyday orders need at least [EDIT: 24 hours] notice. Bulk and event orders require at least [EDIT: number] days’ notice.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). [EDIT: We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged / Prices include VAT]. Payment is due [EDIT: at the time of order / before delivery]. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. 3. Delivery and pickup

4. Cancellations
Everyday orders may be cancelled up to [EDIT: hours] before preparation. Bulk and event orders may be cancelled up to [EDIT: days] before the event date. Because our food is made to order, the 14-day cancellation period for online purchases does not apply to perishable food.
5. Refunds
